Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions
All prices on the website and in quotes are stated including VAT.
Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer. When ordering, 30% of the cost is invoiced according to the signed agreement, and the remaining 70% is invoiced in connection with delivery. Construction costs are invoiced separately after construction is completed. Payment terms for invoices are 10 days.
Shipping and delivery
The customer pays shipping costs as stated in the quote. All shipping and delivery terms are specified in the quote.
Faulty or damaged products
Defective or damaged products will be replaced with new ones according to our warranty terms for frame, glass, paint and storm warranty. These terms are stated in our terms of agreement. Exchanges are not permitted.
Returns and cancellation period
After signing the contract and confirming the order, there is no cancellation period or possibility of return. If the order is cancelled before delivery and construction, no costs for these services will be charged.
Order confirmation
Upon acceptance of the quote, the customer receives an agreement that is digitally signed by both parties. The agreement must be signed within 2 weeks to be valid.
Quote validity period
The quote is valid for 1 month after receipt.
Privacy and data protection
We handle customers' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and do not share it with third parties without consent.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
We apply the Consumer Sales Act. In the event of any dispute (does not apply to companies), we follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
Construction preparations
It is the customer's responsibility to prepare the foundation, plinth or wall according to the instructions provided by Sweden Greenhouse. See terms and conditions for details.
