"A good friend told me that a greenhouse would change my life, and it really has. It's not like we have mattresses on the floor and sleep in there, but we practically live in it during the season. We eat breakfast there, and when we're home we eat lunch in the greenhouse. It's so life-giving to sit in there, it's quiet, windless and I enjoy the light that's constantly changing."
